1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Declair (Shortcheese Solutions) and the user of the invoicing and administration service. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Declair provides an online platform for invoicing, customer management, expense tracking and related administration. The scope of the service depends on your chosen plan. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Account and use

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all actions taken through your account. You use the service in accordance with the law and must not misuse the service or hinder others.

4. Payment and cancellation

Paid subscriptions run for the agreed period (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel via your account or by contacting us. After cancellation your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Liability

We provide the service "as is". We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid us in the relevant year.

6. Changes

We may change these terms. We will communicate material changes by email or via a notice in the application. By continuing to use the service after changes you agree to the new terms.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. For questions about these terms you can contact us.
