2. What data do we collect?
We process data that you provide to us, such as your email address and password when registering, company details and customer data that you enter in the application. We also collect technical data such as your IP address and usage information to improve the service.
3. What do we use your data for?
We use your data to provide the invoicing and administration service, to communicate with you, to improve the service and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Retention period
We retain your data as long as you have an account and thereafter only as long as required by law (for example for tax returns). Accounts that have been unused for more than 180 days, with at most 2 invoices created and no paid subscription, receive a warning by email. If you do not sign in within 30 days of that warning, we delete the account and all its data. You can export your data before then; the statutory retention duty for sent invoices rests with you as the business owner.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. Contact us to exercise your rights.
